is the head coach and owner of Silver Fox. She grew up in King City and has an extensive background in horses, is a registered EC Competition Coach, P.C. C2 level, as well as a BA in Fine Arts and History from Nipissing University.
Christy started coaching by volunteering to coach Pony Club Prince Phillip Games 16 years ago and fell in love with teaching. She went on to coach at several facilities in both Northern and Southern Ontario.
Christy believes that teaching horseback riding should also include teaching one to be a good horse person, which means learning about how to take care of the horse as well. She also has a firm belief that a solid base of dressage makes any rider a better rider. She has a variety of show experience, showing in hunter/ jumpers, Pony club, dressage, western dressage and eventing.
Christy is a NCCP certified Competition coach, and EC licensed coach.
Christy's most recent accolades include a 7th in Canada finish in Western dressage at Level 2 with her trusty mount Capone.
Murray is often seen around the farm fixing fences and on the tractor, although not a horse person he does pause to pat the horses from time to time.
Sally has been a life long rider. She rides dressage on her feisty mounts, Werthy and Poppy. She is know for her excellent designing skills!
